IPA / PILSNER
Chai White IPA
A blend of 6 fresh spices come together with Ella and Tettnang hops to create a white IPA with delicate chai aroma and flavor.
Wonderful tropical fruit aroma and a crisp bitter finish thanks to massive late and dry hop additions of Australian Galaxy. Twelve pounds of Haw Creek wildflower honey added per barrel during fermentation complements the hops with mild sweetness and a dangerously smooth alcohol contribution.
Pineapple Rail [NEIPA]
We started with our original Pineapple Rail Session IPA recipe and added Flaked oats and loads more dry hop additions to create this juicy hazy hop bomb with tropical and fresh pineapple notes. Features massive dry hop additions of Vic Secret and Belma hops, and fresh pineapple.
Strawberry Sour Blonde Ale
Light, tart, and refreshing kettle sour fermented on 20lbs of fresh strawberries per barrel, Madagascar vanilla bean, and dry hopped with Huell Melon and Belma hops. Brewed in collaboration with our friends at Mad Co Brewing.

Strawberry Watermelon Pilsner
Crisp, fruity, and refreshing Pilsner with balanced bitterness. Featuring hand pressed watermelon juice, fresh strawberries, and Australian Enigma hops.
4.8% ABV | 37 IBU | 3.4 SRM
SAISON / TRIPEL / WIT
Brewed for baby Bodhi... though he can't drink it yet! Fresh lemongrass, ginger root, mango, coconut, and thai chiles work in harmony to create a refreshing and intricate witbier that may indeed help you achieve nirvana.
Honey Fig Saison
Brewed with Haw Creek wildflower honey and black mission figs, this delicious saison is crisp and delicate with honey, fig, and floral notes.
Crisp refreshing and bright saison with lemon and floral notes attributed to additions of Pacific Jade hops, freshly zested lemons, ginger root, and lavender flowers.
Signal Red Saison
Beautiful red hue, slightly tart, and floral. Features additions of New Zealand Pacific Jade hops and hibiscus petals.
Oakenberry Dark Saison
Hopped with New Zealand Pacific Gem and aged on blackberries & french oak, Oakenberry is smooth and dark yet not too heavy.
Orange Blossom Ginger Tripel
Crafted with orange blossom honey, freshly zested sweet orange peel and ginger root, our take on this classic Belgian style is dangerously smooth and citrusy with a fresh ginger bite on the finish.
KÖLSCH / HEFEWEIZEN / DUNKELWEIZEN / MÄRZEN
Lightly hopped with New Zealand Nelson Sauvin and cold conditioned, our Kölsch style is extremely sessionable, clean, and crisp with some subtle white grape notes.
Banana Wheat [Hefeweizen]
Light bodied, slightly creamy, with subtle banana flavor.
Full Moon Dunkelweizen
Dark in color yet surprisingly refreshing with warming hints of vanilla and nutmeg. Proceeds for this beer go to Full Moon Farm Wolfdog Rescue and Sanctuary.
Mango White Tea Berliner Weisse
Featuring Bai Mu Dan white tea from our friends at Dobra Tea House, fresh Mango, Jasmine and Chrysanthemum flowers. Our no hop interpretation of this classic style is lightly tart, floral, and thirst quenching.
Molasses Pumpkin Märzen
Brewed with 30 lbs of roasted pumpkin per barrel from Rayburn Farm in Barnardsville, NC. Smooth and clean, not overly spiced, with a lightly sweet caramel finish and wonderful pumpkin aroma.
Pineapple Sage Gose
Awarded Brewers Choice at Rayburn Farm's 2017 Plow to Pint Brew Off. Clean tart, and refreshing kettle soured Gose with floral notes of pineapple sage from Rayburn Farm.

Burdock Saints [Bourbon Barrel Aged Baltic Porter]
Our friends at Asheville Brewers Supply helped us lay this beautiful Baltic porter to rest in a bourbon barrel on burdock root, birch bark, and Madagascar vanilla. Burdock Saints emerged smooth and rich with notes of vanilla, leather, spice.
Café Miel Dry Stout
Our take on the delicious Spanish concoction. Featuring Penny Cup Coffee's Mexican Chiapas and Haw Creek wildflower honey. Light bodied, roasty, and lightly sweet with hints of cinnamon, Madagascar vanilla, and nutmeg.

A delicate balance of Mandarina Bavaria and East Kent Golding hops. This pale ale is smooth and malty with a hint of citrus.

Showcasing Pasilla chiles & roasted cacao nibs, our South of the Boarder Porter has a smooth dark chocolate character finishing with a hint of tobacco & spice.
Raspberry Dark Chocolate Imperial Stout
Big raspberry aroma and rich dark chocolate flavor balanced with slight raspberry tartness.
Cherry Rye Smoked Scotch Ale
Smooth and full bodied with notes of cherry, rye spice and a hint of smoke from the use of cherrywood smoked malt. Fermented out on 18lbs of dark cherries per barrel this beer might make you lose your kilt!

Peanut Butter Golden Stout
A delicious contradiction featuring huge doses of peanut butter and Honduras dark roast coffee from Dynamite Roasting Company! Golden color and a rich roasted and nutty flavor without the heaviness that you've come to expect from most stouts.

Brown rice, Haw Creek wildflower honey, fresh chocolate mint, and che xanh green tea from Dobra Tea merge to create this clean and incredibly refreshing lager... oh and did we mention that it's gluten free!
MAPLE SMOKED SWEET POTATO AMBER ALE
We smoked 30lbs of North Carolina sweet potatoes per barrel over maple wood harvested from our property, then finished this smooth and smoky beauty with pure maple syrup. One sip will transport you to a cool Fairview mountain night spent roasting marshmallows over a campfire.
