"Oliver Catering Company is a family business. I am the Owner/Chef and my husband is the Sous Chef. I am a recent graduate from the Asheville Buncombe Technical Culinary Program. I was a member of the AB Tech competition food team which went all the way to the National Competition. During all the years I have cooked, I have always loved making people happy through my food.

My passion is to take flavorful, fresh ingredients and create savory dishes.  My love and appreciation for cooking comes from years of experience and my culinary degree from Asheville Buncombe Technical College.  Whether you want a personal chef for a private intimate event or caterer for a large wedding, creating beautiful tasting food is my commitment."
